CLERICAL ADMIN SUPPORT Jobs in Miramar, FL at Integrated Home Care Acquisition
As an administrative assistant, you will be an integral part in a local, well established Construction company. The ideal candidate has experience in the Construction Industry and is capable of performing the following duties:
Answer Phone calls for office personnel
Greet, Announce, Disperse Visitors
Work and help other staff with Computer Hardware and Software: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Adobe Pro
Prepare and Maintain Project Contact Lists
Prepare Subcontract Agreement Attachments and Exhibits
Prepare Purchase Orders from Information Provided
Electronic Filing and Document Management – Keep files and records up to date
Assist Estimating Staff with making phone calls and tracking bid and proposal status
Prepare and order bid forms, bonds, Insurance, etc
Help with preparation of proposals, and pre-qualification packages
Maintain & Order Office Supplies
Pick-up and send out daily mail and UPS/Fed Ex packages
Update social media platforms
Plan Company events
Miscellaneous Duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
