Job Description

The Pineapple Agency is seeking aClerical Adminfor temporary, full-time positions in a world-class fabrication shop. This role is essential for supporting the production needs leading up to and during EDC Las Vegas, starting ASAP and ending on May 20.

Our 45,000 sq ft scenic fabrication shop located in North Las Vegas has a partnership with our long-standing client, Insomniac Events. Part of our partnership is repairing and refurbishing assets that will be deployed at Electric Daisy Carnival LV (EDC). You would be working on stages, decor, costumes, crates, and anything in between.

What youโ€™ll do:

Provide administrative assistance to TPA internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare and distribute project-related documentation

Assist in the coordination and tracking of EDC repair shop timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders as needed.

Handle all billing for the EDC Repair Shop projects based on project milestones, completed work, and approved expenses at the end of the project lifecycle.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information, including client details, project codes, and billing rates.

Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, agreements, change orders, and other legal or financial documents.

Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.

Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Any other related administrative duties, as assigned

What you have:

Mid-to-senior level experience required

Experience in scenic, fabrication, and/or festival environments is preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in all mediums.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing demands.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

This position will be expected to be available and commute to the North Las Vegas warehouse, Monday through Thursday, for four 10-hour shifts until May 20, 2024. If needed, this position may be expected to work overtime, evenings, and weekends.
