Responsibilities:

Documentation Management:

Organize and maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, reservations, and client preferences.

Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible for team members.

Data Entry:

Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems.

Verify the accuracy of data to support seamless travel coordination.

Communication Support:

Assist in responding to emails, inquiries, and requests from clients, vendors, and internal team members.

Draft and proofread communication materials, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Client Correspondence:

Provide prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries and requests for information.

Document Preparation:

Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Assist in creating travel itineraries and client-facing materials.

Supplier Liaison:

Communicate with travel service providers, such as hotels, airlines, and transportation companies, to gather and confirm information.

Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Expense Tracking:

Assist in monitoring and tracking expenses related to travel bookings.

Remote Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with remote team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and team collaborations.

Qualifications:
