Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the coordination of client campaigns, communicating with internal team members regarding project needs and goals, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with external clients, internal team members, freelancers, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating client campaigns from conception to completion, including website redesigns, social media campaigns, and high-profile projects involving celebrities and publicists.
Communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external clients, internal team members, freelancers, and vendors.
Manage schedules, appointments, and emails for CEO.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized records.
Respond to emails and inquiries on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate with clients, partners, and team members as directed.
Input and organize data into spreadsheets or databases.
Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval.
Conduct online research for various projects and summarize findings.
Aid in drafting and editing documents, presentations, or social media posts.
Coordinate travel and lodging logistics for out-of-town trips
June Travel annually to Los Angeles, CA office is mandatory (Travel & per diem provided).
Assist in organizing and promoting events.

Qualifications:

Past role in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in project coordination, administrative assistance, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Basecamp, Asana, Slack, and other project management and communication tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience working on high-profile projects involving celebrities and publicists is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.50 – $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
