Full Job Description
ENTAA Care, a member of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians practice in Columbia, is currently seeking aClerical Trainer.Incumbent must display high level of professionalism and maturity, while meeting the needs of our patients, and representing ENTAA Care as a first-class practice.TheClerical Traineris responsible for assisting the Operations Manager and training new employees for the front desk and call center. ENTAA Care is a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Ohysicians, LLC.
Education:
High school Diploma or State Qualified GED
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience with company and /or in a medical health setting preferred.
Duties Include:
Trains new employees for the Front Desk Receptionist, Allergy Receptionist, Operator and Scheduler roles.
Completes training guide at the end of the four-week training period.
Administers four-week training test
Uses proper documentation for training and coaching
Retrains staff if necessary
Mainains and updates training procedural guidebook
Attends Epic upgrade trainings and trains staff on new updates
Covers essential receptionist duties and team lead duties when needed.
Completes monthly satellite office visits
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Include:
Highly motivated and independent worker
Experience with computerized EMR systems highly desireable
Knowledge of all tasks assigned to staff members
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of patience and tact in order to deal effectively with people and time pressures
