About the role
In order to help Cochlear continue to grow and service our customers, we are recruiting for an Executive Assistant in our Americas head office based in Lone Tree, CO.
To be successful in this role you’ll be able to function as the primary administrative support for three Executives in our Lone Tree office. You’ll work collaboratively with the other Executive Assistants as well as other Executives and department heads to prioritize conflicting needs, manage an active calendar of appointments, respond to requests for meetings in a timely manner, and manage complex travel requirements. This role is responsible for relieving the Executives of administrative functions to allow them to focus on strategic responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve the administrative and operational needs of multiple executives and their associated departments.
Successfully prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters proactively and in a timely manner to facilitate the Executive’s ability to lead the department.
Executes action items and follow-ups with minimal supervision to include composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, preparing presentations, calendaring and collecting and analyzing information.
Schedule, organize and coordinate meetings, events, training sessions, interviews, appointments, conferences and activities as requested; ensure electronic calendar is coordinated and up to date.
Handles sensitive and confidential information on a regular basis. Confidentiality is required.
Key Requirements
To add value to Cochlear in this role you’ll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:
Minimum of 8 years of administrative experience with a minimum of 5 years supporting Executive leaders
Must have experience supporting multiple Executive leaders at once
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated effective meeting planning skills
Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Target Salary Rate: $33.65 – $36.00 per hour based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary. Compensation offered to candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill level.
