Overview:
Position is to manage and assist Key Account Owners with Marketing decks dealing with Pricing/Planning/Ads and all support needed for the locations sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Create, organize & distribute Sales Decks for multiple functions/geographies.
Maintain reference tools for product lists, promotional activity, selling priorities & market standards.
Leverage multiple internal technical programs to upload customer-facing communication, tools & priorities for market teams.
Utilizing JDA Software to create store-level display, cooler & on-shelf planograms for specific customer chains.
Submit payments to customers with direction from Account Managers.
Misc support as requested (ex: account specific pricing grid updates, data tracking, innovation pages, hot pricing promotional sheets, special communication, planners, email communication, conference call prep etc.)
Capable of creating customized actionable Market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas or Marcos.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 – $61,850.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
2 + years experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
Bachelors Degree preferred
Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
Experience in prioritizing work multi-tasking- strong sense of urgency
Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills- discretion with sensitive information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires creative thinking and problem solving skills
