Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team at Huntingstuff. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our system. This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our product data.
Responsibilities:
– Enter data into designated databases, software, or spreadsheets
– Verify the accuracy of data before entering it
– Update and maintain existing data within the system
– Retrieve and gather information from various sources as needed
– Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
– Assist with basic tasks as assigned
Requirements:
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform basic calculations
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Strong data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
– Basic math skills for data verification purposes
– Ability to communicate with team members
