We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Perform tasks accurately and efficiently

– Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

– Maintain organized records using QuickBooks or similar software

– Assist with clerical duties such as data entry and filing

– Manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively

– Assist with basic Marketing plans

– Comminicate with Operations management to coordinate weekly reports

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role

– Experience with Canva

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
