Position: Clerk / Secretary Roles

We are currently building our pool for Secretaries for contract roles with one of our valued clients in the HRM.

Requirements:

Rates Vary

Grade XII, one-year commercial course with two years’ experience or the equivalent combination of training and experience

Ability to work well under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Job duties may include but are not limited to:

Preparation of general correspondence

Scheduling appointments

Filing and other related duties as needed
