As a Client Administrator, you will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to the achievement of both client-driven and internal targets.

Responsibilities:
Answering, screening, and transferring inbound telephone calls
Providing comprehensive end-to-end client business support, including booking management, payment processing, appointment scheduling, quotation issuance, invoicing, email and social media management
Completing client administrative projects, such as dictation, database maintenance, and credit control
Conducting outboundcustomer care, survey, and data collection calls
Performing various general administrative duties
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience
1-2 years of administration experience
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Strongattention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent typing skills
