Balanced Body is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our Education Department. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support for education events and course management. Your responsibilities will include processing enrollments, handling course cancellations and transfers, and assisting with inquiries from both students and instructors. Requirements

General department administrative support, including but not limited to:

Provide first contact customer support in the form of phone calls and emails.

Manage and triage questions from the company’s external chat application (Gorgias).

Process class schedule requests and help requests in Dynamics 365.

Process orders, refunds, cancellations, and transfers for courses and events.

Event administrative support.

CRM support, including system input of events, managing attendee class sections and changes, and certificate follow up.

Support the Events Manager with event-related administrative tasks, as needed.

Answer inquiries and provide communication support for all Balanced Body Events (live and online).

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Teams, and One Drive.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

Customer service skills are essential to this role.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Minimum Years of Additional Related Experience:

One to two years of previous customer service experience required.

One to two years of administrative professional experience preferred.

Special Qualifications (Skills, Licenses, Abilities):

Ability to multitask and handle a large volume of phone and email correspondence.

Strong decision-making skills with the ability to self-motivate and function as part of a team.

Able to demonstrate effective time management.

Experience working within a distributed team (Team members are on site, hybrid, and remote) not required but a plus.

Experience with project management applications (Asana, , etc.) not required but a plus.

Physical Requirements (estimated percentage of workday):

Ability to work for extended periods at computer workstation (90%+).
