About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of client service by anticipating client needs and responding to inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and filing.
- Manage new account openings – including client confirmation, documentation, and coordination with internal operational teams.
- Maintain accurate and updated client account information by processing account updates and revisions as needed.
- Facilitate asset transfers and ensure timely completion.
- Data entry and validation for tax preparation business.
Qualifications
- Education:
Post Secondary diploma/degree in Business or Finance
- Experience:
3+ years experience in financial services.
- Basic knowledge of tax preparation preferred but not required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including clerical duties related to client management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness and ability to learn new applications.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- The ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up.
