About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of client service by anticipating client needs and responding to inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels.
  • Performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and filing.
  • Manage new account openings – including client confirmation, documentation, and coordination with internal operational teams.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client account information by processing account updates and revisions as needed.
  • Facilitate asset transfers and ensure timely completion.
  • Data entry and validation for tax preparation business.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Post Secondary diploma/degree in Business or Finance

  • Experience:

    3+ years experience in financial services.

  • Basic knowledge of tax preparation preferred but not required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including clerical duties related to client management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness and ability to learn new applications.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up.
