In your role as Client Case Worker, you will assist clients in the Labour Force Development and Pre-Employment Support Programs. By handling data entry and maintaining case management, you will ensure clients receive the support they need to progress in their careers. Your direct interaction will help facilitate successful employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and manage correspondence

• Handle phone calls and maintain data files

• Schedule meetings and record outcomes

• Draft funding proposals and requests

• Engage with clients during case management

Requirements:

• Business administration diploma or equivalent GED

• Familiarity with administrative regulations

• Experience with MS Office suite

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
