This opportunity is for an on-site Client Coordination Associate supporting enterprise BGV engagements at Mindtel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary client-facing contact for assigned accounts: manage daily queries, status updates, and SLA expectations.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new clients and programs, including scope capture, workflow setup, and integration handoffs to operations.
  • Track verification cases in the case management system and CRM; escalate and resolve exceptions to meet SLAs and accuracy targets.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and root-cause analyses to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Validate documents and verification outputs for quality, ensuring KYC and regulatory compliance on all cases.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and tech teams to implement process improvements, automation, and API integrations that reduce turnaround times.
