Exam Works is seeking a Client Coordinator-Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a senior team advisor and handle inquiries from doctors, attorneys, paralegals, and claim representatives regarding scheduling, report status, concerns, or general requests for information.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the department by ensuring client inquiries and product lines are completed efficiently and with high quality.
Serve as a team advisor, answering questions and assisting with ongoing training.
Respond promptly to inquiries from clients or their representatives regarding questions, report status, or concerns.
Assist in resolving physician and customer complaints, escalating issues as needed.
Use systems and databases to enter and retrieve client information.
File and archive cases, ensuring accurate and current information in the database.
Maintain client relationships and meet specific requirements.
Provide backup support to team members.
Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
Ensure compliance with all federal ERISA and state mandates.
Provide insights on quality and compliance to management.
Participate in developing policies and procedures for efficient operations.
Engage in educational and training activities as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of clerical experience or equivalent education and experience.
Experience supervising in a legal office preferred.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
