Overview:
This client-facing position in a boutique, friendly Trust & Estates firm is hiring immediately for an entry-level Client Coordinator to join their team and provide white-glove service. Perfect for a new college graduate!
What you will be doing:
Answer and direct all incoming calls, data entry, and time tracking
Delegate all emails, manage the firm’s intake of new clients, oversee existing clients, and offload completed client matters
Greet, assist, and direct all clientele that come to the office
Maintain a high client satisfaction rate by overseeing interactions between the client and the firm
Assist the entire office with various administrative tasks and support other roles as needed
What you must have:
College Degree
At least 1 year of experience scheduling meetings, assisting clients through the firm’s consultation process, processing original documents
Drafting and exporting client retainer letters
Routine upkeep with clients and maintaining the customer relationship management software
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe;
Actionstep experience is a plus
