Our client, based in Midrand, is looking for a professional and people-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience while supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the front-of-house reception and create a professional client experience Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers in a warm and professional manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting preparation Assist with general administrative and office support duties Support various departments with scheduling, documentation, and reporting Maintain organised filing systems and office records Assist with the procurement of office supplies and coordination of office needs Manage diaries, appointments, and internal communication where required Ensure that the reception and office environment remains presentable and professional at all times Utilise Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, scheduling, presentations, and administrative support Candidate Profile We Are Looking For: Previous experience in a Receptionist, front-of-house, client service, or administrative support role Professional, well-presented, and approachable demeanour Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Strong organisational and multitasking ability Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Customer-service driven with a warm and professional approach Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Apply Now!!
