100% ONSITE from Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Tentative Pay: $21 per hour
Overview
We are partnering with a leading organization to identify a Client Service Coordinator – Associate to provide essential administrative support and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
+ Schedule meetings, coordinate conferences, and maintain calendars
+ Maintain filing systems, sort/distribute mail, and order office supplies
+ Assist with financial record keeping and expense tracking
+ Support special projects and team initiatives as needed
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared office spaces (kitchen and common areas)
Requirements
Required Qualifications
+ 0-2 years of prior administrative experience preferred
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
