Role Description: The Client Services Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Johns Creek, GA. This position is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries by phone and email, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors. The role includes managing calendars, preparing client files and documents for meetings, maintaining accurate records in the firm’s systems, and coordinating follow-up communications after workshops and appointments. The Client Services Coordinator will support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and basic correspondence, while helping guide prospective clients through the intake process. This role also includes assisting with client outreach, confirming attendance at educational events, and supporting light client service–oriented sales activities that promote the firm’s services.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service abilities, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain information clearly and interact effectively with diverse clients and professionals.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, file management, data entry, and use of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM or case management tools).
- Comfort with relationship-based Sales or client engagement activities, such as discussing services, supporting event outreach, and assisting in converting inquiries into appointments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
- Experience in a law office, financial services, medical, or professional services environment is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, legal studies, or a related field is a plus.
