Role Description The Client Services Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, understanding client objectives, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget. The Client Services Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams across creative, production, and influencer marketing to coordinate campaigns, prepare proposals, and support pitches. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate client records, tracking project performance, gathering feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value. The role also involves monitoring campaign results, preparing client reports, and contributing to continuous improvement in service quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong client-focused skills, including Client Services, Client Relations, and Business Relationship Management.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and service follow-up.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, assess performance, and support data-informed recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Khmer is an advantage.
- Experience in advertising, media, production, or a related creative industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Phnom Penh, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset when working with cross-functional teams.
