Role
Purpose
Schedule daily refresh deployments and peripheral swaps. Must have solid soft skills and be a good communicator. Hours of operation: 8:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate refresh communication to kick off computer refresh processes.
Schedule client refresh appointments via Outlook and contribute to capacity planning.
Organize workflow and appointments for computer refresh activities.
Maintain schedules in Outlook/SharePoint calendars; follow up on missed appointments.
Manage all correspondence in the refresh mailbox.
Pay attention to detail and follow established processes.
Be self-motivated and able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong customer service orientation.
Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management.
