** This is an in-office position in Fort Lauderdale.**
We are seeking a friendly professional tojoin our teamto answer and attend to customer service calls. This position requires someone who is able to “smile over the phone” and has experience and willingness in dealing with various types of customer calls. General administrative duties may also be included in this role as needed..
Skills/Experience
Required:
1+ years of Office Admin experience in a similar work industry
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
Familiarity with Windows 10
Previous experience in an office environment
Previous experience with customer service by phone
Duties:
Answering and routing customer calls is the number one priority
Follow up on projects to ensurecustomer satisfaction
Report any customer issues or concerns
Other general clerical duties as needed
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors, customers and staff
This is afast-pacedposition. We’re looking for a team member who can multi-task, is a problem solver, and doesn’t shy away fromconflict resolution.Good attendance and punctuality are a must.
Compensation– This hourly position is paid weekly.
You willbe provided paidon-the-job trainingand all the tools to be successful. Starting pay will depend on experience.$18 hour
