Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:
As the Receptionist at The Collision Center of Milwaukee North, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide information about our services and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Phone Management: Answer and manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs and estimates. Maintain and update the appointment calendar.
Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Assist with processing insurance paperwork and customer documentation.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team members as needed.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, estimators, and other staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred. Experience in an automotive or collision center environment is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of automotive repair processes is beneficial.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: Hourly $15-$18 Depending on customer service experience.
