Maximus is seeking a Clinical Administrative Coordinator for our IN LCAR program, ensuring individuals receive appropriate care services in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role will be responsible for the administration of both inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to and following up with emails, scheduling assessments, and data entry functions.

About the Program:

The Indiana Level of Care Assessment and Referral (IN LCAR) program is a statewide initiative focused on evaluating and determining the appropriate level of care for individuals seeking long-term services and support. The program ensures that individuals receive assessments tailored to their needs, facilitates connections to the appropriate resources, and supports efficient transitions between care settings. As part of a collaborative team, professionals in this program play a critical role in improving access to services and promoting quality outcomes for the people of Indiana.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high level customer support to internal and external customers.

Responsible for assigning and coordinating referrals for contract work to appropriate parties.

Computer data entry.

Perform all job duties in compliance with Person First standards, HIPAA guidelines, and company confidentiality policies and procedures.

Complete assignments within established compliance standards and timelines.

Monitor multiple work queues daily to ensure cases move quickly through each process stage.

Identify and resolve data errors.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently.

Minimum Requirements

– High School Degree or equivalent and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate Degree with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

– Clinical office experience preferred.

Home Office Requirements

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate’s education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant’s salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
