We are filling 2 positions urgently as we are hoping to have both train and learn together.

1. Intake / Filing / Legal Assistant
2. Paralegal / Office Manger / Admin

Job Duties for Intake:

Answer the phones and transfer to correct office staff member
Complete intake for any potential new clients
Maintain physical files
Maintain office – take out trash, dust, organize, etc.
Assist admin, paralegal, and attorneys as needed

Job Duties for Admin:

Interact with clients and attorneys via phone, email, and in-person
Manage attorney calendars and docket
Draft, revise, and edit documents
Provide general support to firm attorneys and senior paralegal
Filing, scanning and other administrative tasks as assigned
Manage Clio (the Firm’s case management software)
Performs other duties as assigned

Hours: Open to full or part time.

Pay: Dependent on experience.
Intake position is entry-level, so it pays entry level rates
Admin position is open to entry level or someone more experienced

Qualifications for Intake: No experience necessary but willing and able to add to the office and plan to be part of the team. This is an entry-level role and we will train, but you need to be inquisitive at heart since you will need to be talking to people, getting their stories, and presenting them to the review team to determine if they are someone we can assist.

Qualification for Admin: Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as at a law firm in a support role. Experience with Mac/Apple computers or ability to learn the technology quickly is a must. Must be detail-oriented and love to organize.

Positions are fully in office, not remote.
