Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Owner. This position will provide administrative support to the owner and assist in managing various tasks and responsibilities. Duties: – Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence – Maintain and organize files, documents, and records – Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity – Manage the owner’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings – Assist with office management tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory – Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks – Transcribe meeting notes and other important information accurately – Assist with special projects as assigned Skills: – Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively – Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping – Excellent proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail – Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus – Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently This is a paid position that offers an opportunity to work closely with the owner of the company. Pay: $54,992.00 – $60,096.00 per year
