A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLUB CONCIERGE:
As a Club Concierge, you will serve as a liaison between members and the accounting department to assist in billing problem resolution. You will be responsible for providing administrative, reception, reservation, and clerical support to the administrative functions of the Club. The Club Concierge will interact with members daily and provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, greeting members, answering questions, and providing overall Club information.
You will support the Food & Beverage team by taking dining reservations and updating menus.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma and 5 years of secretarial experience.
Must be able to type a minimum of 60 correct wpm, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in interpersonal operations and verbal communication skills is required.
Must be organized and accurate.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to work occasionally on weekends.
Understanding of the company’s corporate philosophy and how it relates to administrative operations is necessary.
Customer service orientation is essential. Must be a proactive team member.
Must comply with and actively support a Drug-Free Workplace.
Ability to solve problems productively, develop and propose solutions, and anticipate staff and member needs in a timely manner.
Be personable and courteous with employees, co-workers, members, and vendors.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, be a self-starter, and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
