Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Club Manager as known as Club Supervisor, based on-site in Surakarta. The Club Manager will oversee daily operations of the fitness club, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service for all members. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring schedules, ensuring the facility is well-maintained, implementing promotional campaigns, managing budgets, and driving member engagement. Additionally, the Club Manager will work to maintain a positive atmosphere aligned with the club's mission of promoting healthy lifestyles.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating staff.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities to engage with members effectively.
- Operational and logistical management, including scheduling, maintenance oversight, and financial planning.
- Marketing and promotional skills to coordinate and execute campaigns aimed at driving memberships and participation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth operations and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or recreational programs is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sports Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
