Executive Administrative and HR Specialist

Location: Willoughby, Ohio (Headquarters of Life Safety Enterprises Inc.)

Full-Time Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Job Description:

Life Safety Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant with experience in Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with our President/CEO, providing daily support and collaborating to drive the growth and success of our organization. This role requires a combination of exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistant to the President/CEO: Executive support assisting with daily tasks related to managing the administrative staff, office operations and executive team on a daily basis. Serve as the gatekeeper for the CEO and Executive team.
Administrative Assistance to Sales Team: Compile project specifics and pricing for LSE Service Offering proposals and contract management as assigned by Executive Management team.

3. Employee Recruitment and Acquisition: Assist in the Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent who align with our company’s mission, values, and goals.

4. Employee Engagement Management: Assist the Executive staff in the design and delivery of programs that foster an employee-centric culture, promoting employee engagement, development, and retention.

Oversee Office Administrative and HR Tasks: Assist with HR-related tasks, such as benefits administration, payroll processing, employee orientation and on-boarding, employment experience and administrative project assignments.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the President/CEO to develop and implement Administrative and HR-related strategies that support the organization’s overall business objectives.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report company-related data to inform business decisions and drive organizational performance.
Assist with travel arrangement, expenses and trade shows, etc.
Liaison: between the President/CEO, Executive and Management team, LSE Employees and Vendor Partners.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
3+ years of experience providing support to C-Suite Executives
2+ years of experience in Human Resources and business management.
Experience with benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and report data to inform business decisions
Proficient in HR systems, including time-off tracking, & performance management softwareBottom of Form
Ability to build strong relationships with a high level of trust and confidentiality
Must be a great communicator, written and verbal, with clients, business partners and employees
Support the President/CEO as focused on daily priorities

· Must have advanced computer skills working with Excel, Microsoft Word and other software programs

· Must be able to prioritize, manage workloads, work efficiently & meet goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment

· Confidence in overseeing administrative staff

· This role requires a highly professional person who can manage a wide range of administrative and executive tasks, coordinate complex schedules, handle confidential information and act as a liaison between the Executive and management teams, employees and external contacts, while acting in a professional, positive demeanor.
