About us

PT Thuan Hai Indonesia (THI) is a subsidiary of Thuan Hai Energy, a leading energy-as-a-service group from Vietnam, currently operating approximately 150 industrial boiler systems for over 70 customers across Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

To expand our operations in Indonesia, we are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator with a strong sense of aesthetics in document presentation, reporting directly to the CEO.

Your role

This position handles commercial activities and customer service for THI in Indonesia, reporting directly to the CEO. You will:

•       Service THI's existing customers: track monthly steam/heat output delivered, reconcile invoices and receivables, receive and resolve complaints and ad-hoc requests, organize periodic customer meetings, and travel to customer sites periodically to maintain relationships and stay close to operational realities.

•       Research and prepare analytical briefs on potential customers per CEO direction, supporting business pipeline development.

•       Prepare commercial document packages (proposals, quotations, pitch slides) for new deals collaborating with the engineering team and the team in Vietnam to consolidate professional document packages for CEO review.

•       Support BD administration: organize meetings, host visiting delegations from Vietnam, maintain the company's standard marketing materials.

Who we're looking for

•       Indonesian citizen (WNI) with valid KTP and NPWP.

•       Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma (D3) in: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mechanical/Chemical/Energy/Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Economics.

•       1–4 years of experience in roles such as Sales Coordinator, Bid Coordinator, Pre-sales Executive, Tender Admin, Market Researcher, Junior Business Analyst, or Junior Sales Engineer preferably in B2B industrial environments. Recent graduates with strong financial/economic foundations and B2B internship experience will be considered.

•       Analytical thinking, attention to numerical detail, and confidentiality awareness.

•       Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel with aesthetic taste in document presentation.

•       Solid English: read technical/commercial documents, write professional emails (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent).

•       Willingness to travel to customer sites 1–2 days/month (mainly within Java).

Plus points

•       Experience at EPC firms, contractors, or industrial suppliers (boilers, energy, chemicals, industrial gas).

•       Accounting/Finance background (S1 Akuntansi/Manajemen Keuangan) or Brevet AB pajak certification.

•       Base salary IDR 8,000,000 – 12,000,000/month (gross), commensurate with capability and experience.
