Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Finance Administrative Assistant to
join our growing team
. This position requires that you report to our office in Jacksonville, FL Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
• Prepares Occupied units for Rental Conversion:
– Drafts Conditional Approval Letter
– Drafts Limited Power of Attorney
– Drafts Assignments of Rents and Leases
– Verifies Insurance
• Collects expired leases and updates information in Solifi.
• Collects missing lot information from all borrowers to aid in inspection audits.
• Collects renewed external inventory insurance.
• Collects renewed dealer licenses.
• Obtains status of vacant rental units.
• Assists with inspection audits via the online system and will clearance calls.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1 years prior work experience in the financial service industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
• Must be able to type at a rate at least 30 WPM
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Salary Range
: $21.55 – $22.97 / Hour
