Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Billing and Invoicing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, invoicing customers, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Billing Management: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper processing of payments and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Experience: Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting roles.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
