Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Lending Assistant to join their team!
A Commercial Lending Assistant supports commercial lending staff by performing administrative and customer service tasks, assisting with loan applications, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate loan processing and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Providing customer service and support to lending customers and prospects.
Assisting with loan closings, including assembling and compiling documents.
Contacting clients by mail, telephone, or in person concerning loan applications.
Processing loan payments.
Preparing monthly sales reports.
Assisting loan officers in collecting and reviewing loan application forms and documents.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years in commercial lending assistant experience
2+ years in customer service experience
2+ years in administrative experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
