The Position
Our bank client is seeking to fill a Commercial Loan Processor in the Waukesha, WI market. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational and administrative support within the bank’s commercial lending function.
This position offers a generous salary of up to $52K and a full benefits package.
Commercial Loan Processor responsibilities include:
Preparing and processing all commercial loan documentation, utilizing Credit Quest and Laser Pro.
Working with the lending officer to ensure that we have all the proper documentation needed to complete the file based on the product and the approval.
Ensuring appropriate approval and/or waivers and exceptions are obtained prior to closing.
Confirming closing statements and bank settlement statements are in balance with lender fees.
Ensuring accurate entry of all commercial loan terms to the bank’s core system.
Ensuring loan documents are filed with the appropriate agencies, including but not limited to lien placements, mortgage recordings, and UCC’s.
Auditing of the loan entry function.
Generating payoff letters and processing payments and payoffs.
All other assigned duties.

High School Diploma or GED.
Three or more years of experience working with commercial documents preferred.
Commercial loan processing experience strongly preferred.
Basic knowledge of lending documents.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to plan ahead and solve problems.
Ability to prioritize and organize workflow, completing simultaneous projects by required deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
