About the Role:
Our client, a well-established real estate developer with a growing commercial portfolio, is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team in Etobicoke. This position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their commercial properties. The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial property management, strong organizational skills, and a friendly, service-oriented approach to tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties
Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional communication
Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and site access
Track lease documentation, rent rolls, and tenant insurance compliance
Prepare tenant notices, correspondence, and reports as required
Support budgeting, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks
Maintain organized property files and databases
Assist with lease administration and renewals where applicable
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a property administration or property management support role, preferably in commercial real estate
Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and tenant relations
Friendly, professional, and proactive communication style
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
