As a Community Coordinator, you will work closely with our diverse clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Ideal candidates love meeting new people, possess a cheerful personality, effective communication skills, and present a professional image. Responsibilities Include:
Accept and transfer incoming phone calls for clients; serve as the first voice they hear, representing Lucid Private Offices and our clients.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and hospitable environment, including opening and closing the center, making coffee and flavored water, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and common areas, resetting meeting rooms, and managing supplies.
Manage the scheduling and usage of conference rooms, day offices, and coworking spaces across multiple locations.
Greet visitors warmly, offer refreshments, notify clients of arrivals, and direct visitors appropriately.
Process new client move-ins, activate and distribute keys, answer inquiries, and update client information in our management software.
Support efforts to attract new clients through tours and assisting the sales team.
Handle mail and packages efficiently, understanding the importance of timely delivery and communication.
Manage confidential information and perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, faxing, scanning, and copying.
Build and nurture client community relationships.
Starting salary of $35,000 per year.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software.
At least six months of administrative or executive assistant experience preferred.
