OPPORTUNITY
We invite applications for an Investment Assistant to join our Vancouver office. Working within a successful, fast-paced, seven-person team led by Christina Anthony, you will support a group of Investment Assistants, the Executive Assistant, and the Investment Advisor. This role offers valuable industry experience and growth potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with client outreach, including email, correspondence, and phone communications.
Submit documents via Docu Sign for account withdrawals (RRSP, TFSA).
Initiate and track account transfers.
Handle various administrative tasks and contribute to special projects.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making and identify key insights.
Manage customer needs, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high satisfaction.
Utilize digital tools to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
Support basic investment tasks and client account management, demonstrating awareness of investment principles and risk factors.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing guidance on compliance issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary education and experience as an administrative or investment assistant.
Proven ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and clients.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of Broadridge’s Dataphile and/or Salesforce is an asset.
Willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
