At Complete Visas, an international immigration firm with operations in New Zealand and Paraguay, we are looking to add a dynamic, highly organised and proactive professional to our team for a hybrid role combining content creation, marketing support and administrative coordination.
We are seeking someone with strong judgment, positive energy and a genuine desire to grow within an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Create content for social media platforms (reels, videos, posts, stories)
• Manage, schedule and optimise digital content across platforms
• Write and adapt content in both English and Spanish
• Respond to enquiries and assist with client communications
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
• Organise calendars, documents and internal processes
• Assist with marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives
• Coordinate tasks and follow up on ongoing projects
Requirements
• Advanced or bilingual English (essential)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management
• Demonstrated portfolio of previous work
• Excellent writing skills, organisation and attention to detail
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
