Join ourdynamicteam
as a Customer Service Administrator, playing a pivotal role in providing administrative support for our district office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
You offer the following minimum requirements:
* Exceptional customer service and
communication skills
.
* Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office;
Yardi experience is a bonus.
* Previous administrative experience, including report writing and business correspondence.
* Strong time management,
attention to detail
, and organizational skills.
* Familiar with managing tasks in a high-volume, busy office environment.
* Proven ability to adapt, excel, and remain dedicated to roles over an extended period.
* Willing to undergo a drug and background check upon potential offer.
What you’ll do as Customer Service Administrator:
* Serve as the primary contact for residents and homeowners within your designated portfolio.
* Assist Association Managers with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, copying, and filing.
* Address and resolve customer service issues while providing consistent feedback to the Association Manager.
* Prepare newsletters, manage mass community mailings, and handle other clerical duties.
* Maintain regular
communication
with Board members regarding project updates and pending tasks.
* Office
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm
