Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with capability for keeping things running smoothly? We’re searching for a dedicated Company Administrator to provide essential support across various departments, with a primary focus on empowering our Sales Department.

This is a full-time role based in Grangemouth.

What You’ll Do:

Support the Sales Department: You’ll be instrumental in helping our sales team hit their targets by managing schedules, preparing presentations, organizing client information, processing orders, and handling general administrative tasks.

Maintain System Information: A key part of your role will be ensuring all company system information, particularly within our sales and customer databases, is accurate and up-to-date. This includes vital data in our core business systems.

Cross-Departmental Administration: You’ll also lend your administrative expertise to other departments as needed, ensuring efficient operations company-wide. This could involve anything from coordinating meetings to managing office supplies.

Document Management: Maintain organized and accessible digital and physical filing systems.

Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various software tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience supporting a sales team.

Experience with NetSuite is highly preferable.

Familiarity with CRM software.
