What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te TūrangaIn this newly created role, you will be responsible ensuring compliance of NZAA Incorporated, its various subsidiary companies, joint ventures, trusts and committees and the relevant Boards with relevant laws, rules & regulations, and corporate governance practices.

Secretariat duties are provided by this role to the following trading subsidiaries and Board Committees:

AA Insurance Ltd

AA Battery Services Ltd

AA Home Limited

A variety of Board Committees

This role must build positive, collaborative relationships with:

NZAA President and Vice President

Board Directors, National Council members & Chief Executive NZAA

Board, CEO’s of Joint Venture Partners

Executive Leadership team NZAA

District Councils and District Managers

About You | Mōu

You’ll have significant and proven experience working in a similar role within a multi-functional and highly complex environment.

You’ll have strong attention to detail and very well organised.

You will have the ability to comfortably work in ambiguous, dynamic, and fast paced environments.

Have worked within legal and have engaging interpersonal skills
