Compensation Coordinator

LHH Recruitment is hiring a Compensation Coordinator for Client in Overland Park, KS. In this role you will work with the supervisor to review and approve offers, conduct internal and external analysis and more. This is an on-site project for at least 2-3 month with potential for hire for the right person staring at $22/hour and going up based on experience.

Our ideal candidate MUST have WORKDAY workflow experience while supporting an HR/compensation team including. Read below for additional details!

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Responsible supporting HR Operations team with managing Workday workflow

Making compensation changes in system including title, pay and department changes

Updating organizational charts

Assist managers, recruiters and HR Business Partners in initiating job changes

Act as internal expert on Workday workflow

Assist managers and Talent Acquisition team with onboarding

Support HR team with projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) OR equivalent work experience;

High School Diploma required1+ years of compensation administration related activities

Workday WORKFLOW experience

Knowledge of HR and compensation principles and practices

Strong

analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written

communication
