– Manages and keeps track of annual caregiver evaluations and uploads.
– Controls and manages the uploads of all annual documentation requirements (i.e., TB questionnaire, Annual influenza, Hepatitis
B) for existing HMKs.
– Conducts annual eligibility checks and documentation.
– Highlights disqualifying offenses found or reported on all associated IDPH criminal background check websites.
– Performs expected uploads and updates on Axis Care.
– Required reporting to the supervisors and assistant administrator(s).
– Conducts quarterly conference calls and monthly phone calls to caregivers to be uploaded to Axis Care.
– Assists in training and onboarding of new applicants as needed in the absence of the location’s training coordinator(s).
– Answers phone and email inquiries from applicants/HMKs.
– Resolves any caregiver complaints or concerns professionally.
– Complies with the regulations and policies of the company.
