Scope
Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry/ File Clerk to work with our Compliance Department team. Reporting to the Licensing Manager, this position is in-office for 3 days (24 hours) per week (Tuesday-Thursday), holidays excluded. Responsibilities include opening/sorting mail, filing highly confidential documents, simple data entry and inputting of manual data.
Job Qualifications
Prior experience working in a confidential work setting
Basic experience with Microsoft Excel
Insert/delete columns/rows in a worksheet
Formatting numbers and text
Sorting worksheets
Inserting and deleting worksheets
Experience with Microsoft Word
Perform basic typing functions
Simple mail merges
Experience in My Compliance Office  or similar trade surveillance system a plus
Excellent organization skills
Good written and spoken communication skills
Ability to alphabetize
