, events focused, and hospitality-driven background who excels in an environment where you are constantly adapting and organizing events on a daily basis.

HOURS:Monday Friday, 9:30 AM 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION:Fully Onsite | Los Angeles, CA

PAY:$65 – $75K + Discretionary Bonus (Commensurate w/Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

H.S. DiplomaRequired

5+ years Working in aFast-PacedHospitality or Events Environment

Strong Customer Service andCommunication Skills

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor Conference Services and Reception mailboxes

Respond to emails in a timely manner

Coordinates planning of all conference room services related to office meetings and events

Coordinate with various teams, including Catering, Network Support, Security, and Facilities

Additional Office Management and Administrative duties as assigned and needed
