We take our mission seriously and have fun doing it. We provide both individual and group instruction in Northern Virginia, centered around Alexandria City. We are highly invested in community growth and improvement and are regularly expanding our services to more locations in the region.
Why we’re hiring:
Recent growth has led to a need to expand our administrative team. We have gained customers and created a more robust coaching staff to support those new customers. Our administrative team is ready to expand to support the increased staff and growing customer base! This is a brand new position!

We’re looking for an experienced administrative assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.

Position time commitment and growth potential:
We are hiring part-time to start, training and starting out at about 10 hours per week and likely moving up to 20 hours weekly. Advancement opportunities are possible for high performers.
Where we are:
We are located in the Northern Virginia area; being local would be a bonus, but is not a requirement. We do however need the candidate be located within the EST time zone.
Roles and responsibilities:
This position involves working directly with the business operations manager and owner in a support role as well as communicating with other team members, customers, and coaches on a regular basis. Critical thinking is highly involved in all of our processes as we operate at different locations simultaneously throughout the week.
Regular tasks in this role:
Email management
Lesson calendaring with google calendar
Note-taking and task management
Meeting attendance
Document assessment and management in google sheets and docs
Possibly WordPress content manager
Experience:
The candidate must have a background in administrative support roles. Intermediate to advanced experience with the following is necessary:
Google Suite:
