We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers, Operations Manager, and daily office operations.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator / Clerical Support will play a key role in ensuring seamless project execution and operational efficiency. This position requires strong communication skills (both written and verbal), exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with data management, project-related information, and client updates.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide administrative and clerical support to Project Managers and Operations Manager.

✔ Assist with project coordination, including tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

✔ Process Ready to Issue permits online or in person as needed with multiple jurisdictions.
✔ Manage and organize project data, documentation, and reports.
✔ Support project-related accounting tasks, such as invoicing, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
✔ Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and ensuring clear communication.
✔ Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain project schedules.
✔ Assist with general office administration to support daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Minimum Associate Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
✔ 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role (experience in construction, telecommunications, or electrical industries is a plus).
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
✔ Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software. Google sheets.
✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Experience with data entry, reporting, and accounting support is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
