Job Responsibilities-

Receptionist Back-up Support-

Provide backup support to receptionist performing office duties including answering phones.
Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle client inquiries on related documents and trust funding.

Deed and LLC Administration-

Coordinate with attorney on deed preparation and Assignment of LLC interest.
Coordinate with clients on obtaining signatures and recorded deeds.

Seminars Coordination- (semi-annual)

Assist in the planning and execution of seminars & events.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation (PowerPoint presentations) and attendee

registration.

Attend seminars to provide technical support.

Archives Management-

Manage files for meetings.
Verify digitalization of records and purge files.
Update file locations and organization of files.
Requirements:

Qualifications-

Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media platforms and QuickBooks.
Friendly and Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Previous legal experience is a plus.
