Job Summary:The Admin Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the firm, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all office functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate office activities.
Oversee scheduling, appointment management, and client communications.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all are well-stocked and functional.
Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company regulations and standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
